Registration, Payment, & Cancellation Policy

Pre-registration is required for all classes and workshops. No drop-ins.

To register for a class or workshop, call 831.688.4201.
Payment can be made by cash, check, MC or VISA.

Payment must be made in full to reserve a place in a class.
No partial payments can be made as a deposit for a class.

Early bird discount – available for some events
Register early for some events, and receive a discount off of the total when paid in full by the deadline. Payment must be received on or before the deadline date to receive the discount.

See class description to find out if this option is available.

No on-line registration or payment is available at this time. Please do not leave email messages pertaining to registration or early registration discounts. You must call to register and pay prior to the deadline.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A $10 processing fee will be applied if cancellations are made 2-weeks before the first class.
A $25 processing fee will be applied if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to an event.
No refunds are given after the first class of a series.
No refunds are given for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of a workshop. 

There are no refunds for missed classes.

Credit will be given for a make-up for a missed class in a series if space is available in other classes. (Example: If you miss a Monday class, it can be made up in a Thursday evening class.)
There are no make-ups for missed days in workshops.
